Styled with a dash of youthful excitement the Optima now brings higher levels of comfort and style at just BD 5,100. From the spacious cabin to the ‘solar control’ glass and the steering wheel mounted audio remote controllers to the ergonomically designed supportive seats, every detail has been carefully thought out to promote ride comfort. Thanks to its newly re-sculpted body, the Optima looks years younger and is also breathing easier with a new engine and transmission. One of the more interesting features in this car is the instrument panel which consists of an optional Super Vision gauge cluster that complements the trip metre, fuel gauge and engine temperature indicator. This model of the Optima provides more cabin comfort and features an 8-way power adjustable driver’s seat and 4-way controls for the passenger seat, as well as power adjustable foot pedals which work in tandem with a manual tilt, telescopic steering column. Hidden from view is a 2-litre DOHC engine fitted with either a 4-speed automatic or a sporty 5-speed gate-style gearbox.
